Astoria, LLC owner Ryne Johnson is pleased to announce that the company has entered into a contract with Bellera, LLC, owned by Jordan Tawney, to bring a fresh perspective to the review of tax credit applications and Virginia Housing multifamily mortgage loans.

Jordan brings over three and a half years of experience with Virginia Housing, where she first served as a Multifamily Loan Associate Development Officer for two and a half years before spending the last year as an Associate Tax Credit Allocation Officer in the LIHTC department.

Jordan recently founded Bellera, LLC, a consulting firm specializing in LIHTC and Virginia Housing multifamily housing loans. Astoria, LLC is proud to support Jordan in launching her business by collaborating closely with her over the next few years to help her build her client base and gain deeper insight into the industry.
